Description
These tapestries were workshopped in Hamburg, Eastern Cape, South Africa in October 2021 by the artists from Keiskamma Art Project. The theme of the workshop was to unpack collective understanding of South Africa’s democracy and the values guiding it.
The sponsored artworks will culminate in a large-scale installation at the exhibition showcasing support and demonstrating a sense of community. Once the exhibition has been de-installed the artworks will be shipped to respective sponsors.
